A leading technology consulting firm has been helping organizations solve complex business challenges for more than 25 years. That model began to change roughly eight years ago when one client required the firm to provide laptops for its consultants. Soon after, similar requirements began appearing across other client engagements.

Today, laptop management has become a significant operational function for the firm. Approximately 25% of the company’s consultants now require laptops, with 325 laptops currently deployed in the field.
