It describes how we may collect, use, and disclose such information; the choices you have regarding our use of your information; how we safeguard the information we collect; and how to contact us regarding our privacy practices.

You may also provide us personal information when using our Live Chat feature to communicate with our customer service in real-time. Some forms on the Site may require that you provide certain personal information to submit the form. You may choose not to provide personal information in those cases, but this may prevent you from being able to use those features.
Personal information you may submit through the Site includes your name, e-mail address, postal address, phone number, usernames and passwords, and any other personal information you choose to provide to us. When applying for a job, you may provide employment-related details and may be required to create a user account with iCims, Inc., or any other third-party service provider.
When ordering rentals to satisfy technology solutions, (including but not limited to rentals for tradeshows, conferences & other business needs), you may provide your billing address, payment card information, and other order details such as your company’s booth number, onsite contact information, event details, and delivery preferences. If you provide any personal information pertaining to someone else, for example in the case that someone other than yourself will serve as the onsite contact information for a technology solution rental, you represent that you have this person’s permission to provide their personal information. When placing orders, you may register for a customer account that may be used to track your orders.
