Order Booth Services Online

5 Months Pre-Show

We confirm show move-in and move-out times with your show management and discuss any floor plans you may already have.

3-4 Months Pre-Show

In addition to conducting follow-up calls for further support, we email exhibitors and invite them to order their AV, IT, and lead retrieval (with any applicable early bird discount).

1-2 Months Pre-Show

We send out reminders for early discounts and pre-show order deadlines. Our team also meets with show management to confirm exhibitor service desk needs and other details.

Onsite Support

Your dedicated SmartSource representative will be available to answer any questions or concerns during setup. The Exhibitor Services Support desk also opens for set up, event days, and strikes.
