Shanley will be leading the further growth and expansion of SmartSource’s Managed Information Technology (IT) Services. He brings more than two decades of high-level IT technical and professional services experience with a proven track record across key disciplines of server and network administration, hardware/software implementation, governance, process optimization and incident management. His in-depth skill set encompasses business process design, cloud computing, business intelligence, data center management, and Windows Server and virtualization, among other areas of expertise.

Shanley will be directing SmartSource’s team of IT professionals to provide vital services from helpdesk support to rapid deployment of equipment and, critical to clients, ensuring that their data is protected.
Directly prior to joining SmartSource, Shanley served as Vice President of Information Technology with the Greater Nevada Credit Union, where he was responsible for the financial institution’s broad IT operations. His professional career also included his role as Senior Vice President of Professional Services at Logically, an IT outsourcing and consulting firm which acquired his former employer, IQ Technology Solutions.
Shanley has earned numerous licenses and certifications including Automate Certified Administrator and Automate Certified Associate, both from ConnectWise; VMware Technical Sales Professional – Server Virtualization 5 from VMware; Ruckus Wireless System Engineer from Ruckus Networks; Barracuda Spam and Virus Firewall – Sales Certification from Barracuda; and Intermedia – Unified Communications and Voice Services Certification from Intermedia Cloud Communications.
